The Majority of yesterday's session was spent trying to perfect a trick that I had landed a few days earilier, a backside 180 fakie manual half-cab out.

It's by far one of the trickiest manual tricks to hold because you have to hold your body in such an odd position to keep the manual. It's quite the challenge, and involves a lot of thinking and planning to execute it properly.
